Welcome to King James Bible College

We are grateful to the Lord for the testimonies of students who have completed our graduate programs and for the work God is doing through King James Bible College. Below is a full review and letter of thanks shared by one of our Master’s graduates: Dear Pastor Crowder, I wanted to personally thank you for your mentorship, encouragement, and friendship throughout my time at King James Bible College. Completing the Master of Biblical Studies has been a deeply meaningful experience for me, both academically and spiritually, and much of that is due to your guidance and commitment to truth. Having studied previously at Liberty University, a regionally accredited and widely respected conservative Christian institution, I can say honestly that the rigor of King James Bible College stands shoulder to shoulder with it academically. Where King James Bible College surpasses Liberty, however, is in its uncompromising expectations of biblical literacy and mastery. Requiring students to have fully read, understood, and engaged with the Bible cover to cover before completing a bachelor’s degree in a biblical discipline reflects a seriousness about Scripture that is increasingly rare and deeply needed. I am also profoundly grateful for the model King James Bible College represents regarding tuition. Ministry is a calling, not a career path designed for financial gain. Many men called to preach will serve faithfully in small local churches, not megachurches with large salaries. Burdening such men with crushing educational debt is neither practical nor biblical. Scripture exhorts ministers to “study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15, KJV), yet too often the cost of education becomes an obstacle rather than a support to that calling. King James Bible College is helping to change how we educate ministers by removing unnecessary financial barriers while maintaining high academic and doctrinal standards. That vision matters, and it is making a real difference. I cannot adequately express how thankful I am for the opportunity to complete this program and for the role you have played in my academic and spiritual development. This story will be lengthy, and I’m sure most won’t read past the first few sentences. I have received my BA in Biblical Studies from King James Bible College. Beginning on my MA. When I first enrolled in KJBC I wasn’t even aware it was a college. I had just quit drinking, and I knew that in order to succeed I would have to do what Jesus Christ told us to do, and that is cast our cares on Him. I knew that should I remain idle, my sobriety would fail as it had numerous times before. I was desperate, frantically searching for something, anything, related to online Bible studies so that I could prepare myself, and dust off my armor because I knew the devil was coming after me. Fast forward some days later and I received a packet in the mail from KJBC containing a lesson from Genesis. I happily completed it, in 20 minutes, and went to send it back in. I was sitting in my recliner, struggling in the midst of a battle with satan. I was sweating profusely blocking dart after dart. My shield of faith was weak, I could feel it breaking. For whatever reason I looked over and saw the welcome letter (I think) to the college. I began to read. It was then I discovered I was enrolled in a college. I was cynical. I emailed the administrator, in essence, asking if this was a legitimate college. Why? Because the letter said the BA program and MA program was FREE! I thought this impossible as I have attended 3 previous colleges. When I found out it was and I realized the decision to make the programs free came just a couple weeks before I enrolled in sobriety. If you think God will not send you the people you need when you need them the most, reread this testimony. My heart was broken. But in joy. It was here that I knew Jesus Christ was taking care of me. I dove into my studies and finished class after class at a fever speed. Since then, I am 6 months sober, sitting on the board of directors of KJBC, and grading assignments. At the same time I started The Narrow Way Ministry online ministry. I’ve started a ministry podcast, and I am now the pastor of a country church, Narrow Way Independent Baptist Church! In 5 services we have grown to 19 members and more to join Sunday. God took me from a drunk, depressed shell that was riddled with PTSD from 18 years in Law Enforcement and also almost to the point of ending my life to everything you have read just above! GOD WILL RESCUE YOU FROM THE WAVES OF THE STORM, EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE ENCOMPASSED YOUR ENTIRE BODY AND LIFE. HIS HAND IS THERE, JUST REACH FOR IT. I LOVE ALL OF YOU. “I have always thought of myself of having strong faith, but in the middle of my studies, there was a time of weakness where I almost gave up. In that precise moment, Pastor Crowder contacted me, and he encouraged me not to quit, by letting me know what I had to lose. Because of that interaction, my faith was strengthened, and I was able to continue until graduation. I am eternally grateful for what this school has taught me, and what the faculty and staff have done for me. I used to not have confidence in my ability to understand the Bible, and this led to lethargy in studying it. But through my studies, now I have gained confidence, that ‘ye need not that any man teach you’ (1 John 2:27). I understand the Bible better now, and I study it more diligently now. Now I have the spiritual weapons to face any challenge. Now these words ring truer to me ever than before: ‘The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?’ (Psalm 118:6). Yes, I am not afraid anymore of what meets me on my journey of faith. Yes, the knowledge of the Word of God is mightier than any weapon of war. Thank you KJBC, for bestowing upon me this precious gift.”

We are rejoicing with Kallie Dankawalie Koroma, who has just completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies here at King James Bible College! Here’s what he shared about his journey: “Many thanks to King James Bible College for enabling me to achieve my bigger dream. King James Bible College have not only helped me to understand the scripture, but have also enabled me to obtain the most difficult and admired qualification in my country at no cost. King James Bible College have added more values to my pastoral career. It appears to me as a dream although I also believe that all things are possible with God. My eyes have been wide opened to each of the corners of the Bible through this amazing program. I can preach now anywhere at anytime with confidence.
